Großbritannien: Nach Labour-Quellen liegen diese nur auf Platz vier. Auf dem ersten Platz liegen die Konservativen um 30%, gefolgt von UKIP mit um die 20%. @Liberaldemokrat Die im Artikel angegebene Sitzverteilung paßt nicht zu den genannten Prozentzahlen. In der Slowakei gilt Hagenbach-Bischof plus größter Rest. Danach hätte die SDKU 3 statt 2 Sitze und die KDH nur eins. |

Rumänien Exit polls in Romania's European Parliament elections on Sunday showed the Social Democrats (PSD) and Liberal Democrats (PD-L) in the lead, with an advantage within error margins for PSD. According to a poll by Insomar institute, PSD won 31% of the votes, followed by PD-L with 30.4%, Liberals (PNL) with 16.6%, Hungarian Democrats (UDMR) with 9.1%, Greater Romania Party (PRM, far right) with 7.2%, President Basescu's daughter Elena Basescu (independent) with 3.6%. Another poll by CCSB showed PSD in the lead with 30.7%, followed by PD-L with 30.4%. @zigzag, es ist zwar eine sehr löblich Fleißarbeit hier die Umfragen zu posten. Aber es gibt wahrscheinlich kaum jemanden, der all diese Parteien in all diesen verschiedenen Ländern kennt und sie einordnen kann. Eine in Klammern gesetzte stichwortartige Beschreibung der politischen Ausrichtung wäre hierbei hilfreich (ggf. auch die Fraktion der sie im Europäischen Parlament angehören). Sicher kann das jeder auch im Internet nachrecherchieren. Aber bei 27 Ländern werden das wohl nur die politischen Cracks machen. Genau hier sehen wir auch ein Problem an dem Versuch ein parlamentarisches System in Europa zu etablieren. Das ganze System ist zu heterogen und Komplex. Es gibt keine europäische Öffentlichkeit, sondern 27 nationale Öffentlichkeiten. Daher kann das Europäische Parlament für den Staatenverbund EU nicht in der selben Art und Weise ein Parlament sein wie in einem Staat. Die entscheidende Legitimation der EU läuft daher zurecht über die Regierungen der Mitgliedstaaten - oder europarechtlich gesprochen, über den Rat. Diese haben eine höhere demokratische Legitimation vermittelt über deren nationale Parlamente, bei denen es meist recht hohe Wahlbeteiligungen gibt, als ein europäisches Parlament, das wohl von gerade einmal ein Drittel der Bürger der Europäischen Union gewählt wird. |
